I have checked this one out and it is strong, it is about a C5, not sure of the tier, but it is sure strong. Quoted right from Creepy Hollows:

It is a great process for working on & experiencing astral travel! It can be used as an individual tool or with other imbued vessels you already have to further combine an effort!
If you want to use the spells individually instead of in a combined effort you will need to communicate telepathically (through thought) the spell you wish you use. If you want only have it help you put you into a meditative state hold the vessel and concentrate only on the meditation spell.
