I'm not active on their forum but find its a wealth of information on the Wiccan path, though I myself am not Wiccan. The courses are well written and the magazine they release every month is awesome.
Actually, it's not just Wiccan. Though their free course ia the first degree, their forum members make up those from all walks. And they seem like genuinely nice folks when I last had a look in.
Can't go wrong with them imo. The course is solid , the people knowledgeable, and they can even assign you a mentor and there are study groups and lesson projects on their forum.

"It's especially good for the crowd you're talking about (teens and younger adults) and offers many free classes. Tons actually. And even more to subscribers, which is very cheap and great value as well. Seriously, think of something you'd like to learn, chances are they have a study on it. They wont all be intensive and all inclusive but I was fascinated with the voodoo course (it's more history of) and I found their egyptian pantheon course quite informative. They have a book of shadows course, craft courses, tarot, wand making, aromatherapy, herbalism, just loads. All included in the sub cost. It used to be like $5 a month or lifetime (not sure how much that is these days. But it's GREAt value for money)
These two sites are my absolute favorite."
