My experience with my Djinn started off rocky. I had wanted a male and was given the option for a male. What i didn't realize was that the race is consisted of female only.
When i noticed what happened with my order...instant anger. I was upset that my order was messed up and that it was to late to have it changed. Once i realized me being upset about this wouldn't change anything..i just got over it. It probably would've been easier to just send her back to the conjuror so she can fix my order...but the Djinn didn't need to be fixed. I needed to get over just wanting male spirits only.
She is the first female and non sexual spirit to be with me. I bought incense and candles...said her invocation so that she would come to me....either i am having a terrible time bonding with her or i upset her.
I believe it has been almost a year of her being with me...and i still feel almost nothing from her. The only times i have been able to communicate with her is when i use my pendulum (which isn't always accurate). I haven't wished for anything big or important...usually just the same "Please give me strength to finish my schooling and the patience needed! or please help me figure this problem before i break this laptop" ...online schooling...makes me crazy
I heard from a few others that there is a certain way you need to wish for something...i still haven't figured it out. I suppose its like having "code words" in the wish...Its possible its different for each spirit.
There have been numerous times i thought about rehoming her or just handing her over to a responsible friend...but then i feel guilty because i never really gave her a chance when she first came.
I'll keep working at making a better connection with her...it's just hard sometimes!
....It'll work out at some point...i just need to keep trying and not give up.
ps- I just found out what mystery spirit i ordered wants to be with me...and its another Djinn! ;D Double trouble! Hah! Lets do this~ *rolls up her sleeves*
