Okay, I will not name names of the site or whoever was scammed, if you feel like you need to post who did this to you go ahead. I want everyone to be informed of the following:
1.] We are all old enough to know to review sites when we buy from them, and some people don't. If they do not have some sort of feedback area on the site, Google is a great answer for this! Google the site name, such as we will use Creepy Hollows for an example. They have a feedback portion for reviews of their products but let's say they don't. Go to Google and type in "Creepy Hollows products reviews". You may come up with their forum and their site, but also look for other sites as well, you will find that most other sites have the real information you are looking for, because generally the comments on the company's own site is only praise. Doesn't that seem off?
2.] If you can't find any information at all on reviews, I would highly question the credibility of the seller. Post their name in our forum and maybe someone has dealt with them before, if there is still no feedback, I would personally consider not buying from them and see if there a is a seller with similar items somewhere.
3.] If you found that you have been scammed, then follow these steps:
I hope this helps some people know whether or not they have been scammed because there has been a lot of talk of some sellers credibility in a lot of places. If you just do your research before you buy from anyone, I am sure you will find whether or not the sellers are safe to buy from!
These rules of thumb are used for all sellers, not just metaphysical. Any item you buy in your life, appliances, homes, cars, toys, anything, this can be used to do. If you have any questions feel free to post or message me!

3.] If you found that you have been scammed, then follow these steps:
First thing to do is email the seller that you bought your items from, bring up the problem. Do not mention any names where you got your information from if you went to someone else before coming to them about the problem. You never do this in any setting, because it can get everyone in a big fight and in trouble. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR EMAILS AS CALM AS POSSIBLE!
Second, when the seller emails you back, if they seem angry or distressed and defensive have your red flags raised. Companies with this always do this if they know there is a problem. You will always find a good seller will say they will at least look into your case, offer something like a return or an exchange, etc. They may offer to give your money back with a return. If you are dealing with jewelry and believe your jewelry is not real then I would do this option and demand a full refund.
NOTE: real jewelry will ALWAYS be stamped on the inside of the ring, on the chain of a necklace, somewhere to note that it is real. Most sterling silver jewelry is stamped with ".925" to signify it is real sterling silver, gold jewelry will have a stamp of the karat number, 10, 14, 18, etc and also usually is next to initials of the maker. You may need a magnifying glass to read these.
Third, if there is still a problem after this you may bring the problem up with PayPal or whomever you paid through, but ONLY use this as a last resort option. If you paid a lot of money for the item, $100 or more, you might be in law suit territory, but do know lawyer expenses and such cost a fortune so ONLY do this if you are in the hole a lot of money.
I hope this helps some people know whether or not they have been scammed because there has been a lot of talk of some sellers credibility in a lot of places. If you just do your research before you buy from anyone, I am sure you will find whether or not the sellers are safe to buy from!
