Poem entitled "The Color Blue Represents Me"

I awake to blue-jay's chirping outside of my windowpane, letting their song fill my

heart with joy as I open my eyes. The sun shines brightly through the shades,

covering the horizon of the world, impacting my room with dancing spots as the trees

sway outside from the wind. I pull back the sheet that holds back my life, opening

the doors to endless possibilities. The sky melds with the grounds and shows me

where life can take me; I feel free as the wind that flows around me. I open my

window to a new day, where the endless sky only guides me so long as the color blue

represents me.
